Particle stamp
Identify airborne particulate contaminants in your production facility.
Using particle stamps, you can monitor the particles found at your work stations and production facilities.
All you have to do is collect the particles with the supplied particle stamps from different locations in order to monitor the appearance of the particles.
Particles collected by the stamp become permanently attached to the adhesive pad. You just reseal the particle stamps with the plastic covers provided and return them to us for analysis using the included return packaging.
You will receive a comprehensive analysis report stating the number and size of particles as well as their categorization as either metallic luminous particles, non-metallic particles or fibres, with representative illustrations.
We would also be happy to help you interpret the results and specify countermeasures.
For better analyzing bright and white particles, there are also particle tramps with black pads available.
