Analysis filtration for idendification of cleanliness from components
Methods for analysis of the cleanliness from components:
At most of the analysis methods, particles have to be dissolved by a fluid from the surface of the component. This can be done with a cleanliness cabinet or with ultrasonic extraction. The particles will be collected on an analysis filter. At the filter can be evaluated the gravimetry of the pollution. Also can the particles on the filter be counted and measured with automatic microscopy. Element analysis of the particles can be done, too.
